Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by 10:00pm the day prior to the travel date.  No show passengers and cancellation requests received anytime after the date and time of service are non-refundable. 

Luggage Policy

NOTE: Luggage weight limits vary by airline and destination, please research appropriately.

Each passenger is allowed two full size (not to exceed 70lbs each) suitcases and one carry on item.  Shuttle U and affiliated personnel are not responsible for lost or damaged property.

Please contact our office for more information or with questions.  Alerting Shuttle U in advance will help ensure the appropriate space is available for any bulk items you may be traveling with.

Check In Policy

Shuttle U requires all passengers check in at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time.  At Sky Harbor Airport you may do this at the City to City Shuttle Check In Desk located inside baggage claim at three airport terminals.  

Handicap Accessibility

Shuttle U is outfitted with handicap accessible vehicles.  Please contact 800-304-6114 and alert the agent at least 48 hours prior to your departure dates so we may answer your questions and help you make the necessary arrangements.

Unaccompanied Minor

Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 7 to 13, may ride alone but a parent or guardian must submit an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements.  Unaccompanied minors traveling to/from Sky Harbor Airport will need to use Terminal 2.

Traveling with Pets 

Only small dogs which fit into an 11” cage and can be placed under the seat will be allowed.  Cats and other types of animals will NOT be allowed to travel on Shuttle “U”. 

Lost and Found

Shuttle U is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left on any shuttles, however, if you have left something behind please call 800-304-6114 to alert a representative and Shuttle U will do it’s best to reunite you with your belongings.

Parking

Shuttle U offers complimentary parking at your own risk at our Prescott office, Prescott Valley Park & Ride and the Hampton Inn Park & Ride locations.  All other parking arrangements must be made on your own.


Credit Cards

Shuttle U requires a credit card for any advance reservations and will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.   Cash payments may be made in advance at our office location in Prescott and the Sky Harbor Airport during regular business hours.
