How long does the trip take?
Our shuttle take two hours and fifteen minutes (2:15) to get between PHX and Prescott.
How much time should I give myself at the airport before my flight departs?
Airport security recommends that you arrive at the airport at least an hour and half (1:30) before you flight departs.
How much time should I allow myself at the airport between when my flight arrives and when my shuttle departs Sky Harbor Airport?
You should give yourself at least thirty minutes (0:30) from the time your flight arrives at the gate to the time your shuttle is scheduled to depart. All passengers are required to check in at the City to City Shuttle Desk in baggage claim at least fifteen minutes (0:15) prior to their shuttle's departure.
Do I need a reservation to travel with Shuttle "U"?
No, however, reservations are recommended as standby passengers are on a space available basis.
Does Shuttle "U" stop at all listed locations?
The driver only stops at locations with confirmed reservations. This is one of the reasons we recommend advance reservations.
Does Shuttle "U" offer handicapped accessible vans?
Yes we do. We offer our wheelchair accessible van throughout the day on our regular schedule. However we do require 3 days notice to make this van available. Door to door service is available for an additional fee.
Do you accomodate children who travel alone?
Unaccompanied minors, defined as passengers 7-13, may ride alone but parent or guardian must submit an accompanied minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements. Unaccompanied minors traveling to and from Sky Harbor Airport will need to use Terminal 2.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Shuttle U requires a credit card for any advance reservations and will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Cash payments may be made in advance at our office location at 740 N Montezuma Street and the Sky Harbor Airport during regular business hours..
What are the luggage limitations?
The normally accepted practice is 2 standard suitcases and one carry-on per person. Shuttle U and affiliated personnel are not responsible for lost or damaged property.
What happens if I miss my shuttle connection to or from the airport?
If your scheduled plans change, please contact us immediately so that we can hopefully resolve the schedule conflict.
Where am I picked up at the airport?
Please check in with the city to city shuttle desk 15 minutes before departures, located in baggage claim inside all three terminals.
Do you allow pets?
ONLY small dogs which fit into an 11" cage and be placed under the seat will be allowed. Cats and other types of animals will NOT be allowed to travel on Shuttle "U".
Do you have a courier service?
Yes, we do, but only between our Phoenix Package Office (2810 S. 24th Street) and the Prescott Shuttle Office (740 N Montezuma Dr) and back. Call for Details, 928-442-1000.
