Cancellations must be received by 11:00pm the day prior to the travel date. Cancellation requests received anytime after the date and time of service are non-refundable.Member

Our Charter Services are scheduled by request. We offer charters for activities such as:

We need at least one week's advance notice to schedule a charter. Please call our office at 928-442-1000 or 800-304-6114 and ask for Jay White, Shuttle U's Operations Manager, if you would like more information.

Regrettably, we are unable to schedule out-of-state charters at this time.
